The US military M18 is a more compact version of the M17 Modular Handgun System that caters to the needs of military personnel that require a smaller, more concealable version of the full size M17. Shorter in slide length, the M18 airsoft version is perfect for airsofters who desire a great sidearm without bulk that interferes with the rest of their kit. The slide is aluminum while the grip and frame are polymer. Still, the M18 is very close in weight and balance to its real counterpart.
