There are minor scratches on the metal body and a couple large ones on the back (see photo).
The control panel is in good cosmetic condition

and rotate smoothly.
Both steamer doors open and close properly.  The inside is clean and in good cosmetic condition.
The overall cosmetic condition of this unit is good with the exception of the scratches (see photo)
